The shop keeps what you send from this website.
Dharani Fitness Equipment, legal name Yedumalla Jeevana Sagar, keeps the details a person sends from this website. The showroom is in C Camp, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India – 518003.
An enquiry stores the name, email, phone, and message. A quotation request also stores the equipment named, the quantity if one is given, the destination PIN if one is given, and the notes.
A customer account stores the name, email, and a phone number. Signing in with Google uses the name and email shared for that sign-in, and a phone number when Google shares one. The phone number on the account can be added or changed only after a confirmation code is emailed to that account. A sign-in link is emailed only when someone asks for one.
Buy now requires a signed-in customer account with a confirmed phone number. The order stores the account email and phone, the delivery address, quantity, and the Razorpay payment reference. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay's page and are not stored here. To ask about a message or an order, use the email or phone on the contact page.
Terms
A question or a quotation request is not an order. Written quotations use the shop's supply terms.
Sending a question or a quotation request does not place an order and does not reserve equipment.
Buy now pays the invoice total shown at checkout: the final price, 18% GST, and shipping at ₹20 per kilogram when charged online.
A written quotation from the shop is different from Buy now. Quotation prices are inclusive of taxes. Quotation sales need 100% payment advance with a confirmed purchase order, are subject to availability, and remain valid for 7 days from the quotation date. Prices may be revised if currency moves significantly. Any GST change from a notification is passed on to the buyer. Fitness equipment HSN code is 95069190.
Names, photographs, specifications, and warranty lines are the ones the shop has published. If a field is missing, ask the shop.
Installation, assembly, repairs, maintenance, and spare parts are services the shop reports. A request is not an order, and the charge is confirmed in a quotation.
Legal disputes from a supply under a written quotation are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the area of the supplier.
Written quotation terms
- Inclusive of taxes.

- At the gym site, clearing carton boxes, thermocol, and bubble sheet is in the customer's scope.
- Mathadi / varai / labour union charges, if any, are in the customer's scope.
- Delivery within 60 working days after order acknowledgement is sent by the customer.
- Any variance in tax arising out of GST notifications shall be passed on to the consumer / buyer.
- 1 year comprehensive warranty for parts and labour support for fitness equipment, applicable on the basis of manufacturing defect only.
- A voltage stabilizer and proper earthing are important for a motorized treadmill. Damage due to power surge or low voltage is not covered in warranty. Warranty does not include wear and tear items.

Shipping
Online checkout and written quotations handle delivery differently.
Staff pack the equipment. For online Buy now, the shop arranges delivery and the checkout invoice includes shipping at ₹20 per kilogram when charged.
For a written quotation, transportation charges are at actual and are in the customer's scope. Unloading labour, clearing packing materials at the gym site, and any mathadi / varai / labour union charges are also in the customer's scope.
Under a written quotation, delivery is within 60 working days after the customer sends order acknowledgement.
Delivery can be arranged across India where the destination can be served. Shipment progress is updated by staff. The website does not provide automatic courier tracking.
Cancellation

Warranty
Product pages may state a period. Written quotations also use the shop's manufacturing-defect warranty.

For fitness equipment sold under a written quotation, the shop supplies a 1 year comprehensive warranty for parts and labour support, on manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear items are not included.
